Mr Dias established Nicnel Plant & Equipment (NPE) in 2001 from a small workshop and visiting sites with a 4x4 pick-up, as a one-man show, working 24/7. Nicnel has fulfilled a dream, even though Mr Dias is quick to point out that it still has a long way to go.
